ANDREW TIERNAN

An Estate Agent valuing a property of a young couple is caught short and needs to use the toilet.

Outside a local Burglar is sizing up the property and has a similar conundrum to deal with.  All this leading to messy consequences.  

Based on a true story (all characters are fictional, all names have been changed to protect the not so innocent).
